5 Mile Monthly Handicap (Click for Full Results) —  Wednesday 26th January

The third 5 mile handicap event took place last night with 13 runners  testing their pace setting skills. Nick Edge the current champion showed he is not ready to hand over the trophy yet with another well judged run just 3 seconds outside his predicted time. John Coffey was  feeling a bit under the weather so lost some ground but is still lying 2nd with Alan Anderson in 3rd place. Kat Henville became the first lady to run the circuit this winter in a very respectable 31-59.
